Presenting the artist formerly known as Lexie, Alexi Edwards.
Delivery Driver by night, Artist by day. Alexi is a wild insomniac who is originally from Perth, went to uni in Melbourne (Bachelor of Creative Arts in Writing and Theatre), assisted a PhD research project in the US Deep South, has taught English in-person in Germany and Spain as well as remotely to China, and finally somehow set-down roots in Brisbane.
With aspirations of one day performing at the Australian Poetry Slam final; Alexi’s writing is a deep-dive into the complexities of mental health, deeply important political issues, the queer struggle, and whatever else comes to her wild insomniac brain.
She swears she’ll finish her zine eventually!
